内容一:

Biotechnology: regulation of organogenesis in vitro, genetic transformation, cytogenetics, reproductions pathways and their inheritance.

Metabolome of Hypericum spp. Localization of profiling secondary metabolites. Elicitation of secondary metabolism.

Cryobiology: prerequisites and consequences of cryogenic treatment in Hypericum spp. Cryostress as a potential elicitor of secondary metabolism.

内容二:

Introduction to NGS analysis of non-model plant species without known genome using RNA-seq . Creating of de-novo assembly and annotation of different Hypericum species with/without ability of hypericin biosynthesis. Data mining to estimate canditate genes (contigs) of unknown pathways through differential expression analysis. Gene ontology (GO) categorization and selection of individual sequences. How to validate NGS data and future perspectives.
